<p>Figuring out what to eat is the bane of human existence! Whenever I don&#8217;t feel like cooking but have to, I like to make these quick high fiber hoisin noodles.</p>
<p>Whenever I make pasta, I like to add heart of palm, which is the center of a palm tree? LMAO</p>
<p>The ones I get are in shreds and blend in with any long, stringy noodle. Add in a quick sauce, poach some chicken, and dinner is served.</p>

<h1>Quick High Fiber Hoisin Noodle Recipe</h1>
<p>This recipe serves 4.</p>
<ul>
<li class="p1">200g Spaghetti or Fettuccine</li>
<li class="p1">338g Heart of Palm Linguine</li>
<li class="p1">7g Neutral Oil</li>
<li class="p1">White Part of 6 Green Onions &#8211; MINCE</li>
<li class="p1">6 Garlic Cloves &#8211; MINCE</li>
<li class="p1">64g Hoisin Sauce</li>
<li class="p1">30g Soy Sauce</li>
<li class="p1">14g Toasted Sesame Oil</li>
<li class="p1">14g Honey</li>
<li class="p1">Green Part of 3 Green Onions &#8211; MINCE</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt. Cook pasta of choice according to package instructions.</li>
<li>In a skillet with high sides, heat over medium-high. Add heart of palm linguine without liquid. Cook to evaporate excess water until lightly golden-brown.</li>
<li>Create a well in the center and add oil. Add the minced green onion whites and garlic. Cook until fragrant.</li>
<li>Add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and honey. Stir everything together.</li>
<li>Add pasta (and some starchy cooking water if drained). Toss everything together until sauce is evenly coated.</li>
<li>Serve with minced green onion greens.</li>

<h1>Verdict on these Quick High Fiber Hoisin Noodles</h1>
<p>I&#8217;m 75% sure I found this recipe is from the New York Times while scrolling YouTube Shorts.</p>
<p>The sauce is alright. The umami is strangely satisfying and I find myself taking random bites throughout the day, but it&#8217;s not something that blows me away and I can&#8217;t wait to eat it again, you know?</p>
<p>I will be making this again, but I&#8217;m hoping and am pretty confident that I&#8217;ll find a replacement soon.</p>
<p>Maybe I&#8217;ll go the Pad See Ew route next?</p>
