I’m an avid baker, not a recipe developer, so when I want to make something new I’m usually doing what everyone else does — looking up recipes online.
The problem is that I rarely have the exact pan the original recipe calls for, and I almost always prefer making smaller batches.
Instead of limiting myself to what I’m able to find online, I built the Cake Pan Converter Spreadsheet so I can input any recipe’s measurements and instantly get the quantities for over 25 different baking pans.
I use this for pretty much everything I bake now, and if you’d like to use it too, you can purchase the Cake Pan Converter Spreadsheet for $7 and bake nearly any recipe — but you absolutely don’t need to in order to enjoy this page!
The Recipe Library is a collection of recipe conversions I’ve already made for you to enjoy for FREE, so you can bake these tried-and-true recipes in the pans you already own.
I’ll keep adding to this library as I go! Thanks for stopping by 🙂
This page may include affiliate links, which means I may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you. Whether or not I earn a commission, these are products I would recommend regardless. Your trust is invaluable to me!
Converted Recipes
Banana-Coconut Cake — This will make thick layer cakes, so you could cut each cake layer in half or halve the recipe.
Chocolate Chip Muffins — I thought these were fine. My customers love them though.
Chocolate Marshmallow Cake Bar — My favorite chocolate cake after being disappointed by so many for not being chocolate-y enough.
Eggless Vanilla Butter Cake — My go-to vanilla cake that conveniently doesn’t use any eggs.
Glazed Lemon Loaf — A go-to for nearly everyone in my life!
Maple Cinnamon Coffee Crunch Cake — The crunchy cinnamon topping adds so much satisfying texture and the center layer doesn’t use butter and flour like most other recipes, which I prefer. The maple gets lost in the cake; going to check out a sour cream coffee cake recipe next time.
