The Recipe Library is a collection of recipes I’ve made on my blog using the Cake Pan Converter Spreadsheet for you to enjoy for FREE.
I’m an avid baker, not a recipe developer, so when I want to make something new I’m usually doing what everyone else does: look up recipes online.
The problem is that I rarely have the exact pan the original recipe calls for, and I almost always prefer making smaller batches.
Instead of limiting myself to what I’m able to find online, I created the Cake Pan Converter Spreadsheet so I can input any recipe’s measurements and instantly get the quantities for over 25 different baking pans — and you can see how useful it is with the recipes I’ve already converted here!

- If you’re looking to make this into a layer cake, please note that this will make thick layers, so you can actually use 1 cake pan and cut it in half to have 2 layers. I didn’t change up the measurements because you want a lot of batter for a loaf of bread or muffin.

Maple Cinnamon Coffee Crunch Cake
- I am in love with the crunchy cinnamon topping and I like that the center layer doesn’t use any butter or flour.
- Not a huge fan of the coffee cake as the maple flavor gets lost in the cinnamon, so I may replace the recipe in the future.

Chocolate Cake — My favorite chocolate cake after being disappointed by so many for not being chocolate-y enough!
Vanilla Cake (Egg-Free) — My go-to vanilla cake that conveniently doesn’t use any eggs. Really flavorful, like a yummy pancake.

Chocolate Butter Frosting — By far, the most delicious chocolate frosting I’ve ever had!
Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting — A nice and tangy low maintenance recipe.
White Chocolate Whipped Cream Frosting — Tastes like vanilla ice cream! My absolute favorite so far 🙂
